Energy Consulting Senior Professional (f/m/d)

The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Professional to join our advisory team, supporting key players in the electricity sector—including distribution, transmission, retail, and generation. In this role, you will lead consulting projects that help clients navigate complex regulatory, economic, and technical challenges. You will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and driving innovation through research and development initiatives.

How you'll make an impact

• Lead advisory projects for electricity sector stakeholders such as distributors, transmission operators, retailers, and generators

• Support clients in addressing regulatory, economic, and technical challenges

• Identify and pursue new and recurring consulting opportunities

• Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to foster business growth

• Drive value creation through strategic sales techniques and negotiation

• Propose and manage R&D initiatives, including budget and project strategy

• Conduct risk and opportunity assessments to ensure successful project delivery

• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to process and tool enhancements

Your background

• Proven experience in the electricity sector, with a strong understanding of regulatory, economic, and technical dynamics

• Track record in consulting and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to manage complex assignments independently

• Skilled in identifying business opportunities and negotiating contracts

• Experience in leading R&D initiatives and supporting product development

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and colleagues
