For the daycare center Villa Kunterbunt in Grenchen, we are looking for an agreement

a specialist in care FaBe K for group leadership, 80 – 100 %

We are looking for a person who

• enjoys working in a team of about 10 employees
• takes on the responsibility of group leadership for one of our children's groups (daily responsibility from personnel planning to activity planning)
• feels capable of taking over the deputy role in the absence of the site management
• has joy and perseverance to shape the pedagogical development of the children's group and the entire daycare center
• contributes to a family atmosphere in the daycare center with their life experience and composure
• appreciates independent work and close exchange with the management
• is open and loyal and values transparent communication within the team
• remains calm and solution-oriented even in hectic situations

What you bring

• Training as a specialist in care FaBe K, further education in childhood pedagogy HF is an advantage
• At least 3 years of professional experience after completing training
• Willingness to take responsibility and lead a team in everyday life
• High pedagogical competence in promoting, caring for, and supporting children
• Team spirit and openness as well as an independent and reliable way of working
• Creativity, flexibility, and commitment in everyday daycare life
