Your Tasks

- Professional, personnel, and organizational management of the nursing department on a psychotherapy ward
- Planning and implementation of contemporary nursing based on the latest findings
- Main responsibility in the key worker system and design of the nursing process from admission to discharge
- Leadership of the nursing therapeutic group and co-leadership of well-being groups
- Promotion of good collaboration in the interprofessional team, creating a supportive working climate in which individual employees can further develop according to their abilities and actively contribute to ward activities

Your Profile

- Completed training as a certified nurse (m/f/d) HF, with experience in a psychiatric setting
- You bring 1 – 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- You remain calm in exceptional situations and focus on the essentials
- You have high social skills
- You possess very good PC user skills
- Excellent German skills (native speaker or C2 with several years of residence in the German-speaking area)
