Employee Profond Care (50%)

Your tasks - responsible and impactful:

• Triage of incapacity for work notifications with a view to the potential for professional reintegration
• Coordination and management of reintegration processes in collaboration with social and daily sickness allowance insurances as well as employers
• Advice and support for insured persons and employers in the context of incapacity for work
• Collaboration with external case management providers
• Monitoring, documentation and quality assurance of all case management activities
• Active thinking along and shaping of processes as well as in the further development of the Profond Care area

Your profile – professionally competent and strong in dialogue:

You bring experience and commitment and appreciate an independent, responsible activity:

• Professional experience in the medical, psychosocial or social insurance law environment
• Experience in case management or corporate health management (BGM) is an advantage
• Very good German and French skills, English is an advantage
• Strong advisory and communication skills
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Teamwork skills as well as networked and entrepreneurial thinking
