- Creating import and export documents (commercial invoices and export declarations)
- Commissioning transport service providers (courier, truck, air, sea)
- Collaboration with internal and external departments regarding customs and VAT (national / international)
- Participation in logistics projects and daily operations (goods receipt, order picking, internal transport, forwarding)
- Creating evaluations and statistics
- Completed basic training as a logistics specialist EFZ (or similar) or in the commercial field
- Completed further training in the area of export/import
- Professional experience in export
- Good ERP user knowledge, ideally with Microsoft D365
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
