This position reports to:

Your tasks

• You motivate and organize your team and promote collaboration to achieve productivity and KPI targets.

• You work closely with relevant interfaces, solve problems, and continuously optimize process flows.

• You conduct regular employee discussions, define individual development goals, and thus promote the further development of your team.

• You take over the operational control and administrative handling of all transport processes within our Extended Workbench concept – on time, correctly, and cost-efficiently.

Your profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in logistics, production supply, or a comparable function (e.g., team leadership, logistics specialist).

• Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP) and warehouse management systems (WM/WMS), including bookings, inventory management, and evaluations.

• Strong team orientation, solution-oriented thinking, and very good communication skills in spoken and written form.

• Federal diploma as a logistics specialist or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

• Very good German skills; English skills are a plus.

• Clean criminal record
