The Electricity Distribution Department builds, maintains, and operates the electrical distribution network. Through the development of innovative offers, it ensures technological mastery of projects such as the implementation of the smart grid or public lighting. Product Management Manager

Mission:

• Define and drive the pricing and electrical network product strategy in line with the vision of the Electricity Distribution Department, integrating customer needs and market developments
• Lead and inspire the Products team to foster collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence
• Lead the development and evolution of offers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with regulations and the energy transition
• Work closely with other departments to report identified customer needs
• Implement efficient processes and tools to ensure a smooth customer experience from order to billing
• Ensure strategic and regulatory monitoring, analyze trends, and coordinate inter-unit actions to anticipate market needs and opportunities

Profile:

• Higher commercial or technical education with good knowledge of the other field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager and in personnel management
• Good understanding of markets and the legal framework in the energy sector
• Very good command of MS Office tools, native French or German speaker, and good knowledge of the other language and English
• Leadership, innovation capacity, strategic vision, customer orientation, communication skills, negotiation, and stress resistance
