Your tasks

• Strategic and operational management of the product area "Curve", consisting of the three modules Medication, Curve, and PDMS, each with assigned teams of Product Managers and Developers.
• Responsibility for the overarching roadmap in your area as well as its continuous alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Direct reporting to the Chief Product Officer and close coordination with the other department heads.
• Resource planning and prioritization within your department to ensure timely delivery of module releases.
• Constructive collaboration with the central project organization on major projects and with Key Account Management.

Your profile

• Many years of experience in personnel management, ideally in a comparable position in software development.
• Solid knowledge in product management and the ability to synchronize complex roadmaps across multiple teams.
• Academic degree (university/FH) in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification with a strong IT focus.
• Confident demeanor and negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders as well as at management level.
• Strong methodological competence in agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and experience with planning tools such as Jira/Confluence.
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; good French skills are a plus.
