About the job
Tasks
- Individual and group therapies for inpatient and day rehabilitation patients from the fields of work-oriented and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
- Patient education, multidisciplinary pain management, and joint goal setting
- Conducting functional assessments, especially EFL (Evaluation of Functional Capacity)
- Planning and managing appropriate rehabilitation programs
- Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team
- Active participation in reports, case discussions, and internal training sessions
- Writing detailed reports in German
Profile
- Completed vocational training as a physiotherapist and preferably several years of professional experience in rehabilitation (SRK recognition for foreign diplomas)
- Knowledge of scientifically based treatment methods with corresponding advanced training and therapeutic assessments
- A successful completion of the EFL course is desirable
- High initiative as well as critical and communication skills
- Flexibility, resilience, and reliability
- Interest in work-oriented rehabilitation and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good German skills and oral Italian or Spanish skills are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills
