Here is what you will do
- Personnel, technical, and administrative department management of the wood construction, carpentry/joinery, interior finishing/floor coverings departments
- Leading and promoting a motivated team of about 10 employees
- Future planning and strategic development of the entire department
- Acquisition of new projects, calculation as well as comprehensive customer consulting and support
- Project development and controlling including cost, quality, and schedule control as well as billing
These are your skills and strengths
- Preferably a basic training as a carpenter, joiner, or floor layer with corresponding further education (e.g., foreman, project manager, master craftsman, technician, business specialist, or a comparable career path)
- Experience in a comparable leadership position
- Entrepreneurial, networked, and analytical thinking and acting
- A communicative personality with negotiation skills
- The ability and joy to motivate and lead people
