- Co-responsibility for the process-oriented implementation of the production of approximately 2,400 meals in various restaurants
- Training and supervision of apprentices (trainer function)
- Conveying expertise and practical skills to young people
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards
- Participation in menu design, ordering processes, as well as developing recipes and continuously improving work processes
What you bring
- Completed training in gastronomy (e.g. Cook/Chef EFZ), further training as a diet cook/chef is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in gastronomy
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Training as a trainer or willingness to complete this training
- Good PC user skills (MS Office, especially in Word)
- Committed, dynamic, and proactive personality with enthusiasm for knowledge transfer and working with young people
