In our Competence Center Sales & Operations, we advise our clients across industries on all questions regarding the structure and process organization of operational business. Our focus areas include corporate management and performance optimization, cost reduction, result management, organizational development, process management, lean management, operational excellence, supply chain management, purchasing, and production.

Your perspectives with us

• Consulting with added value. With your conceptual expertise and implementation strength, you help our clients succeed. You act and advise at eye level – from employees to top management.
• (Partial) project management (from A to Z). You are responsible for varied and demanding (partial) projects in the exciting fields of Sales & Operations Planning, financial integration, segmentation, scenario planning, or control tower from conception to implementation.
• Sales & Operations. With your experience in creating planning models regarding the design of business processes, roles and responsibilities, mapping technological processes in state-of-the-art software solutions (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder), you develop innovative and tailored solutions for and with our clients.
• Shaping the future. Sustainable growth is important to you, and you implement this concern together with our clients. Furthermore, you develop our client relationships further. Depending on your experience level, you independently acquire projects and build new contacts.
• Taking responsibility. Depending on your prior experience, we confidently entrust you with (initial) leadership responsibilities within our teams.
