Financial Accountant 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Invoice receipt workflow: You ensure the smooth running of daily business across departments in the invoice receipt workflow. You will be supported by two clerks.
• Monitoring: You monitor the account assignment of items using the account assignment matrix and are responsible for dunning.
• Closings: You prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to OR for our group companies and are the contact person for the statutory audit.
• Consolidation: You support the CFO in consolidating the group companies.
• Taxes: You prepare VAT and withholding tax returns.
• Data maintenance: You maintain creditor and debtor master data.
• Key figures: You prepare evaluations and key figures for management.
• Inventory: You record the stocks in the system during the annual year-end inventory.

Profile

• Education: Commercial or equivalent basic training with further education in accounting at tertiary level (e.g., specialist certificate in finance and accounting)
• Experience: You have several years of experience in a similar role and environment.
• IT skills: Proficient user knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally user experience in SAGE 100 or another ERP system.
• Soft skills: You are loyal and reliable towards the company.
• Resilience: You keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
