Electrical Engineer in Product Care 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

The Business Unit Process Analytics develops, produces, and markets state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in biopharma, chemistry, and breweries. Our product portfolio includes sensors for critical process parameters such as pH value, oxygen, or sensors for measuring cell density, which are enormously important in biological processes and unique worldwide with their innovative technology.
What you can achieve:
As an Electrical Engineer, you are responsible for the technical support of our digital sensors in our product care team within the Process Analytics product development department.
Your main tasks include:
- Troubleshooting as well as product analyses from production and products on the market
- Developing improvements
- Cross-departmental collaboration with: production, purchasing, quality, etc.
- Setup, commissioning, and testing
- Documentation
- Programming test sequences and conducting automated tests (NI Teststand)
What you bring with you:
- Studies in the field of electronics/electrical engineering (TS/HF, FH)
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as analytical thinking skills
- Experience in programming firmware (ARM Cortex M3/M4 advantageous)
- Experience in PCB design (with CAD Mentor Expedition advantageous)
- Communicative, creative, and team-oriented personality
- Technically multidisciplinary, hands-on oriented
- Several years of experience in industrial product development advantageous
- Good German skills (English skills advantageous)
