Senior IT Project Manager Identity and Access Management (IAM) (a)

• You lead the multi-year, complex IAM project with high impact to success – cross-departmental, effective, and forward-looking, with a clear focus on both tactical development and operational implementation.
• You diligently maintain canton-wide relationships and confidently operate at both strategic and operational levels; you work closely and confidently with diverse stakeholders – specialist departments, IT department, other offices, suppliers, and external service providers.
• In a trusting collaboration with your project team, you sustainably drive your initiatives forward with integrity and make a significant contribution to implementing the digitization strategy of the Canton of Lucerne.
• Project management according to HERMES 2022, into which we will gladly introduce you, as well as situationally applied agile methods, help you to efficiently and flexibly lead your project to success.
• You ensure that your project is carried out in accordance with the standards of the parent organization and legal framework conditions.

• Extensive experience in leading IAM projects or comparable complex IT initiatives with cross-departmental impact distinguishes you.
• A university or university of applied sciences degree with an IT focus or a comparable qualification, as well as a confident and stylistically secure command of German.
• You have a keen sense for different interests and manage to network people from various areas on an equal footing and win them over for common goals.
• Experience in accompanying and implementing change processes in operational or business organizations.
• Further training in project management, agile methods, or IT is a plus and supports you in this versatile role.
