What you will work on with us:
In this role, you will move between software development, projects, and customer requirements
- Development and extension of Odoo solutions with Python
- Analysis of requirements and implementation into sustainable technical solutions
- Adaptation and integration of existing systems and interfaces
- Responsibility for subprojects or entire projects from planning to go-live
- Close collaboration with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Active shaping of our technical architecture and development processes
What we build on:
- Very good knowledge of Python
- Structured, independent working style
- Enjoyment of communication, coordination, and project work
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
This is a big plus:
- Experience with Odoo (development, customizing, or integration) or the motivation to learn intensively
- Understanding of business processes (e.g., ERP, CRM, billing, workflows)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, system technology
