We are looking for our experience restaurant Almrausch:

Sous-Chef (m/f/d) (100% workload)

In our rustic, alpine hut-style experience restaurant - Pizzeria Almrausch, we offer regional and international dishes, as well as stone oven pizza. We are known for our excellent quality. Our restaurant has up to 160 indoor, 35 bar, and about 200 terrace seats.

Job description:

• Deputy for the head chef on Fridays
• Relief of the Chef de Partie Entremetier on Fridays
• Relief of the Chef de Partie Saucier on Fridays
• Professional leadership of about 10 employees
• Ensuring a smooth and timely process in the department while complying with all regulations and guidelines such as HACCP
• Responsibility for all established processes and workflows within the department, as well as continuous optimization of workflows
• Monitoring food safety and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Creating instructions and work documents for the area and ongoing support with adjustments
• Processing delivery schedules, fresh goods orders, and deliveries
