Job Description
Proactive and Versatile and independent - Your tasks
- Central interface function between customers, service, and sales departments
- Telephone and written recording of customer inquiries from all over Switzerland
- Recording and processing of orders and service requests, etc. in our ERP system up to the dispatch of invoices and dunning
- Maintenance of master data in various software tools
- Credit checks
- Assistance in the preparation of the annual planning
- Various administrative tasks
Qualifications
Additional Information
Communicative - Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service/support
- High service orientation, enjoyment of customer contact as well as reliable and independent working style
- High team spirit
- Fluent German and French skills are a must (Level B2/C1 - business fluent)
- Good spoken English and/or Italian skills are desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
