- Care and support of patients with various orthopedic-surgical elective and emergency procedures
- Individual and targeted management of the care and treatment process
- Close collaboration in tandem with health professionals
- Inclusion of interprofessional services
- Co-responsibility for individual learning process support and assessment of trainees (FaGe and HF Nursing)
Your skills
- Nurse HF/FH with experience in acute care hospital and completed trainer course or willingness to complete it.
- High patient orientation and execution of
individual and effective care - Empathetic and motivated personality and
confidently mastering professional and organizational challenges - Creative, flexible, and humorous approach to the unexpected
- Enthusiasm for vocational training, motivation, and commitment to train nursing staff for the future
