As a Clerk Finance and Accounting (m/f/d, 75–80%) at our location in Basel, you play a central role in the financial management of our projects. With your analytical intuition and financial know-how, you contribute significantly to ensuring economic success and supporting well-founded, strategic decisions.
You monitor project budgets, analyze profitability, and identify deviations and optimization potentials early on. In addition, you ensure smooth customer invoice management, monitor incoming payments, and ensure liquidity.
Regular financial reports, close cooperation with management, interdisciplinary teams, and an external tax office, as well as the identification and assessment of risks, are also part of your responsibilities.
You develop strategies for risk mitigation and support the further development of our new ERP system Deltek/Workbook.
Monitoring intercompany agreements is also part of your area of responsibility.
Your arguments
- Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in commercial finance or accounting, ideally in an agency or project environment
- Strong analytical skills with comprehensive know-how in financial modeling and data analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Enjoy working independently and structured project management, with a focus on the essentials
- Proficient use of financial software and tools such as Excel and ERP systems
- Experience in system implementation is an advantage
- Very good English skills
