- Preparation and distribution of meals taking into account medically prescribed diets and diet plans
- Consultation on dietary questions – empathetic and competent
- Ensuring that all meals from the hot kitchen are of high quality
- Active participation in the implementation of our HACCP hygiene concept
- Culinary co-creation for special occasions and events
- Co-responsibility in the training of our apprentice cooks
Profile – professionally strong, personally convincing
- Completed training as a cook EFZ with additional training as a diet cook EFZ or FA
- At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Team player with high reliability and service orientation
- Good PC skills (MS Office, PKS)
- Further training as a vocational trainer? Good, but not a must
- Love of cooking
