Our stylish corporate office in Munich bundles all construction and design, administrative, and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel.
Our own Project Management department within the Technical Services department ensures the planning, control, and execution of all hotel construction and expansion projects at home and abroad.

* Take over internal and external project management - from planning to handover of our hotel construction projects and workspaces at home and abroad
* Manage our external project partners, architects, and specialist engineers
* Keep an eye on your numbers, as cost management, construction cost calculation (according to DIN 276), and budget responsibility are part of your daily business
* Coordinate construction schedules, tendering procedures, and ensure the perfect project flow
* Conduct award negotiations and manage the finishing trades and FF&E trades - from company offers (according to HOAI) to contracts for work and services (according to VOB)
* Take care of site supervision, construction acceptance, defect remediation, and warranty, ensuring everything is handed over smoothly and with quality
* Support the development team in the construction framework structure and construction document management and work with external specialist planners to develop approval-related basics
* Have everything under control from LPH 2 to LPH 8
We have been waiting for you because you:
* Ideally have a degree in architecture or civil engineering
* Bring at least 5 years of professional experience, 2 of which in project management - ideally already abroad in Europe
* Know what matters when leading external project partners and convince with your assertiveness and leadership strength
* Are an expert in HOAI, VOB/B, FF&E, construction operations, and MS Project schedules
* Never lose sight of your goal and have a systematic approach and an eye for detail in projects
* Shine with your negotiation skills and your timely, factual, and unambiguous communication abilities
* Enjoy traveling and are eager to be on the road for Ruby
* Speak German and English fluently
