Your main tasks

• Client administration
• Processing of creditor and debtor invoices
• Quarterly billing and support notifications
• Insurance matters (health insurance, household and liability insurance, etc.)
• Issuing benefit decisions for dental treatments
• Correspondence and general secretarial work
• Telephone and counter services
• Cash management

You bring with you

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
• Proven practical professional experience
• Administrative knowledge and knowledge in social services are an advantage
• Good IT user skills (Word, Excel, Abacus, KLIB)
• Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work in a team
• Interest in the asylum and migration sector
