Tasks

- you manage the general ledger and prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
- you take over the leadership of the general ledger team and act as deputy to the head of accounting
- you optimize processes and internal controls in accounting
- you actively contribute to the further development of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (FI/CO) and take care of interfaces and minor adjustments
- you prepare reports, analyses, and decision-making bases for management
- you get involved in projects, e.g., in digitalization, process optimization, or system migration
You will succeed here if
- you have completed further training in finance and accounting (federal diploma or equivalent)
- you have several years of professional experience in accounting as well as leadership experience
- you have the ability to develop, motivate teams and manage change
- you have knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and experience with digitalization/automation of financial processes
- you have an IT affinity and interest in projects that combine technology and finance
- ideally, you have experience in "customizing" SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
