What to expect

• Accompanying, advising, and empowering nursing professionals in complex patient situations
• Responsibility for individual and high-quality, evidence-based nursing care
• Ensuring nursing quality in collaboration with nursing specialists and physicians
• Leading and supporting project and working groups
• Conducting nursing training sessions
• Creating and implementing guidelines and standards

What you bring

• Completed Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) or close to completion
• Several years of professional experience in an acute hospital
• High social competence as well as an independent and responsible working style
• Convincing and goal-oriented communication skills
• French and English language skills
• Ability to motivate staff
• Experience in wound care is an advantage
