As a product manager (m/f/d), you take on a key role in the context of the agile framework SAFe®: You lead the product strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and ensure optimal collaboration between teams, customers, and stakeholders while ensuring the quality of the solution.

What you will achieve

In this versatile role, you will be responsible as a product manager (m/f/d) for the further development of the digital solutions of EL/KK:

• Developing and implementing the EL/KK product strategy and product roadmap in collaboration with business owners and customers
• Definition, prioritization, and maintenance of the backlog
• Development of professional and, in collaboration with implementation partners, also technical solution proposals
• Translating customer requirements and business needs into epics, features, and user stories
• Collaboration within the release trains and with core expert groups to ensure that epics, features, and stories are aligned, prioritized, and implemented
• Taking on (partial) project management

Why you will succeed

For this exciting role, we are looking for dedicated and customer-oriented individuals with the following desired profile:

• Completed training or education in computer science / business informatics (e.g. HF/FH) or a comparable qualification complemented by a strong affinity for computer science
• Several years of proven experience in product or project management, requirements engineering, and business analysis, ideally in the SAFe® environment or using other agile frameworks
• Analytical, structured working style and team ability
• Knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, any additional national language is an advantage
