Our IT team is looking for a First Level Supporter 80 - 100 % starting February 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Our IT team consists of 14 people in various roles (support, system engineers, ERP, automation, and ICT specialist in training). You yourself are part of the cool trio in 1st level support.

YOUR SPECIALTY AS AN IT SUPPORTER

• Helping our over 500 employees at various locations in Switzerland with IT support requests (1st and 2nd level). Your thing.
• Our application systems, networks, and infrastructure. Your home. Connecting people and technology. Your passion. 
• Handling new entries, setting up computers, and installations on site. Yes, please.
• Occasionally new and unknown software, tools, or devices. No problem for you. You remain curious and willing to learn.
• Sharing knowledge, joy, and good mood. Absolutely.
• Maintenance work, creating and updating instructions, collecting and maintaining data. A matter of course for you. 
• Providing workplaces and training users. Of course.
• Train ride to a branch and on-site deployment? Very gladly.

THIS IS YOU

• Everything about IT support. Your passion.
• An IT education as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist, ICT supporter, or verifiable experience in this area. Visible in your profile.
• Know-how in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and network areas. That's needed.
• Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Business Central / LS Retail. Would be great!
• An open ear for small and large IT support questions. Yes, please.
• Time flexibility for paid on-call duties during off-hours and weekends. Yes.
• Your environment describes you as reliable, sociable, and solution-oriented. Definitely.
• German - a must both written and spoken. English - basics available. French - nice to have.
