Your Role:

• You shape the first impression by being the first point of contact for our clients in the Affluent Germany market and actively co-design their banking experience.
• You contribute your ideas while supporting our client advisors as an operational right hand.
• You coordinate client appointments, prepare them, and implement all decisions and orders made after the appointment. You ensure smooth processes.
• You open new client relationships and take over all necessary due diligence checks.
• You maintain intensive communication with our clients and internal interfaces – communication is your element, even across country borders.

Your Education and Experience:

• You have completed banking training and bring solid experience in customer contact as well as comprehensive knowledge of banking processes and products.
• You have already worked in assistance in private banking or in comparable demanding functions and want to specifically further develop your expertise.
• You communicate confidently in German and English – additional foreign languages are an advantage.
• You convince through professionalism, discretion, and a pronounced service understanding.
