Tasks
- Support for the heads of the real estate regions as well as the real estate project managers in managing the construction projects
- Conducting controlling for investment projects
- Responsibility for subprocesses in investment/divestment controlling (management of project files / commissioning / construction billing)
- Preparation of data bases (monthly statistics) for the management meetings
- Collaboration in reporting for financial statements and budgeting
- Management of correction objects for input tax adjustment using SAP RE-FX
- Participation in various projects
Requirements
- Completed commercial basic training
- Knowledge of business management contexts
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical thinking skills and flair for numbers
- Independent and structured way of working
