About the job
tilia offers people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support a professional and caring environment where they are well looked after. At our six locations in the Bern metropolitan area, care and support oriented towards reference and palliative care are central. tilia operates inpatient long-term residential areas, specialist departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological and bariatric long-term care as well as various outpatient services.
Team Leader Technical Service 80 - 100%
We are looking for a strong leader with technical expertise for our location in Köniz, who takes responsibility, acts proactively, and together with our dedicated team ensures safe and smooth operations.
Your task
- Overall responsibility for maintenance and upkeep of the entire infrastructure – including maintenance and care of medical-technical devices
- Technical and personnel management of employees
- Function as safety officer (SIBE) and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety standards
- Taking on on-call duty in rotation
- Efficient, service-oriented handling of internal and external customer inquiries
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with various departments at the location
- Active exchange and coordination with the team leaders of other locations
Our requirements
- Completed basic vocational training EFZ as a craftsman and several years of professional experience in a technical environment
- Further training in the specialist or management area as well as initial leadership experience
- Completed basic course for safety officers or willingness to complete it promptly
- Good IT user skills (MS Office, maintenance programs, digital tools)
- Leadership personality with technical understanding, high solution orientation, humor and pronounced service mindset
