About the job

Workload: 80% to 100% | Villnachern / Rüchlig

Contribute to the energy future. You are an essential part of our team and ensure that our facilities and surroundings function optimally. You take responsibility for the maintenance and servicing of outdoor facilities, roads, dams, and riverbanks as well as managing storm damage. Your work directly contributes to the sustainability and safety of the region.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Care: Maintenance and cleaning work on structural facilities, roads, paths, and machinery

Nature and Landscape: Care of riverbanks, streams, and forests – including mowing, wood, and reforestation work

Machinery and Technology: Operation, maintenance, and minor repairs of machines and equipment

Storm Protection: Management of driftwood and immediate assistance in case of storm damage

Teamwork: Support of other departments and participation in projects

Profile & Requirements:

Education: Completed apprenticeship as a forest ranger or in a related craft field (e.g., farmer, landscaper)

Driver's License: Categories B/E and F (tractor)

Connection to Nature: You have basic ecological knowledge and love working outdoors

Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours, e.g., during storms

Soft Skills: Team player, independent, reliable, and safety-conscious
