About the job
- Friendly and professional service to our customers
- Conscientious handling of the cash register including accounting
- Inventory management of the sales assortment (checking and stocking)
- Ensuring optimal product presentation inside and in front of the sales area
- Compliance with prescribed order and cleanliness
- In the absence of the shop management, you take over their leadership tasks as well as personnel deployment planning
You have experience in sales/retail and preferably have completed basic training (retail or other).
In addition, you enjoy dealing with customers and are characterized by pleasant manners and high resilience. Furthermore, you are proactive, a good team player, and understand how to respond to customer wishes. You have good spoken German skills and look forward to a varied and independent activity.
You are flexible regarding your work assignments, i.e., irregular working hours (early shifts from 5:00 a.m., late shifts until approx. 10:00 p.m., holidays, and mainly weekend shifts) are seen as a welcome change. You are also not dependent on public transport, have a driver's license, and own a car (commuting, shifts). Ideally, you also live in the nearby area.
