Your main tasks:
- Authorization of documents according to the Rulebook
- Preparation of various documents according to client specifications
- Scanning and electronic filing of documents
- Archiving work
- Processing customer orders via ticket system
Your profile:
- Completed training
- Professional experience in a similar position, ideally in banking
- Very good German language skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Affinity for working in the IT field (IT tools and MS Office)
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
- Impeccable reputation
