What you can achieve
- Admission, preparation, and aftercare of patients for cardio- and radiological procedures
- Caring for, accompanying, and monitoring assigned patients in various disciplines during the specifically required monitoring phase
- Conducting counseling, information, and instruction discussions with patients and their relatives
- Performing short- and medium-term therapies and measures according to nursing-medical and technical prescriptions
- Multi- and interdisciplinary collaboration in patient care
- Managing, operating, and checking technical devices
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH
- 1–2 years of professional experience are required
- IMC certification is an advantage
- Strong teamwork skills in a dynamic work environment as well as high service orientation and sense of responsibility
- Patient-oriented and professional conduct and entrepreneurial thinking
