Various Departments, Chur (Rotation Mode)
You work at one or various departments, support the digital transformation, and analyze activities, processes, and products in the department. Subsequently, you develop solutions to optimize workflows and digital products and act as a link between users, economic aspects, and technical professionals.
In this model, you change departments every year. By the end of your training, you will have a broad knowledge of the cantonal administration.
