Main tasks- Compliance with hotel-specific standards and quality management
- Daily, detailed inspection of suites and rooms on assigned floors
- Introduction and training of employees regarding standards, thorough cleanliness, and workflows
- Supervision and control of housekeeping staff
- Management of the daily turn-down service (evening turndown service)
- Allocation of amenities on the floors
- Allocation of cleaning and work materials for all employees
- Role model function for subordinate employees
Your profile
- Completed training in hospitality, management, or housekeeping
- Experience in a 5-star hotel and familiar with luxury standards
- Open to motivated graduates of training programs
- Comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping procedures and processes
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good English skills (additional language skills are an advantage)
