Leading and developing a team of 15 employees in the areas of support and spare parts warehouse
Responsibility for handling customer inquiries from the LANDI world with the goal of providing the best service
Organizing and optimizing administrative processes
Efficient management of the spare parts warehouse, from goods receipt to the provision of spare parts
Coordinating interfaces within logistics as well as with LANDI stores
Linking function between LANDI Schweiz AG and the sales outlets
Deputizing for the department head

Completed vocational training
Experience or affinity for the do-it-yourself environment or the technical field, preferably with experience in after-sales service
First leadership experience
Very good knowledge of German
Service-oriented personality with confident and motivating demeanor
Team player with a strong understanding of processes and operational workflows
Confident in handling MS Office and ERP systems
