Your Tasks
- Management of the nursing service ensuring the care of residents (m/f/d) based on the care concept, the care contract, on the basis of legal requirements and contractual agreements with the cost bearer
- Participation in personnel selection and the hiring process as well as ensuring further training and other support and disciplinary measures for employees
- Creation and securing of duty rosters, conducting employee interviews
Your Profile
- A completed training as a health and nurse (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- Successfully completed further training as nursing service management (m/f/d) or completed studies in nursing management
- Driving license class B
- Experience in managing a nursing service
- Good IT skills
