About the job

What you do with us

Carrying out maintenance and repair work on buildings as well as in production (e.g., doors, windows, furniture)
Regular inspection rounds in and around the building, including roof inspections
Coordination and supervision of external craftsmen and service providers
Assistance with outdoor work as well as winter services such as snow removal and salting
Maintenance and care of the locking system, including door locks and door closers
Deputizing for the porter, including staffing the porter’s lodge, receiving visitors and suppliers, and operating the fire alarm control panel and camera system
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
Support with moves and transport work within the property
Ensuring compliance with all safety and accident prevention regulations
Performing simple sanitary repairs (e.g., toilet replacement, repairs to cisterns)
Cleaning and maintenance of paths, squares, and parking areas

Professional experience in a similar position
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
English skills are an advantage
Good MS Office skills
Expertise in locks and doors is an advantage
Forklift license is an advantage
Driving license B
Strong manual skills
