Your Responsibilities
- Operational Control | Planning, implementation, and monitoring of operational order execution, including work preparation, budget control, and quality inspection
- Deviation and Complaint Management | Efficient error handling, documentation of deficiencies and complaints, as well as initiation and monitoring of corrective measures
- Equipment and Deployment Planning | Ensuring the correct use of machines, devices, and cleaning chemicals, along with clarifying the work environment and controlling effort and working time
- Leadership and Occupational Safety | Leading, motivating, and instructing employees as well as ensuring occupational safety and health protection
- Personnel Management | Ensuring contract-compliant employee deployment, guaranteeing qualification, as well as conducting salary adjustments and promoting professional development.
- Economic Order Processing | Executing orders from an economic perspective and considering all technical standards
- Budget Responsibility | Ensuring financial targets and compliance with defined contribution margins
- General Tasks | Taking on additional tasks related to the function
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Professional Experience | You have completed training in the hotel industry or housekeeping as well as several years of experience in housekeeping/facility services
- Leadership Experience | You have solid leadership experience and pronounced leadership competence.
- Working Style and Teamwork | Independent, reliable working style combined with strong teamwork skills
- Communication | You are strong in communication
- Language Skills | Very good German skills and good English skills are mandatory, additional languages are an advantage
