What awaits you:
For the realization of a large construction project in the center of Berlin, we are looking for a dynamic personality. In this demanding hub function, you control and supervise the work of planners, craftsmen, and other specialists involved in the construction. By organizing the construction site process, coordinating schedules, and controlling costs, you ensure that quality, deadlines, and budget are met. With your support in handling Lph 6 and 7, you ensure the quality of tenders and awards. The representative construction project includes a listed old school building, which will be completely renovated for later office use, as well as a large new building with laboratory rooms for the scientific use of a public institution in Berlin-Mitte.
You bring with you:
- Completed studies in architecture or civil engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience in construction supervision
- Solid knowledge of building laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines
- Experience with listed building projects
- High quality standards
- Initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with common IT tools, MS Office, MS Project, tendering programs (RIB iTWO advantageous)
- With your winning manner, you communicate goal-oriented and successfully with those involved in the construction and apply your entrepreneurial thinking in practice
- Fluent German language skills
