The Human Resources Department is looking, for the HFR Fribourg - Cantonal Hospital, for a:
HR Intern - Payroll and Social Security (80-100%) | 12-month fixed-term contract
Your mission:
- Administrative processing of hires and changes in employee assignments
- Data entry in the HR Access payroll program
- Recording of various salary allowances
- Reimbursement of employee expenses
- Preparation of training agreements
- Checks before and after payroll closing
- Other HR administrative activities
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC, bachelor or equivalent training
- Knowledge of certain HR administrative tasks is an asset
- Rigor, precision
- Very good organizational skills
- Sense of responsibility
- Fluency in French or German with knowledge of the other language
Start date: To be agreed
Internship duration: 12 months

- Very good organizational skills
- Sense of responsibility
- Very good knowledge of French or German with knowledge of the other language
