About the job

• Responsible for creating and maintaining the annual marketing plan to support the achievement of strategic sales targets
• Independent implementation of marketing initiatives: e.g. designing and creating sales-supporting product documentation in DE, FR, IT (ads, PR, price lists, brochures, flyers, product labels), promotional mailings (newsletters),
• Content and design management of the company website
• Interface to trade media and collaboration with contractors for prepress production, approval GzD
• Procurement and management of advertising materials/customer gifts
• Responsible for ensuring internal communication according to management guidelines
• Maintenance and further development of the CD/CI manual
• Planning and implementation of customer events

• Completed commercial basic training (KV) or a comparable qualification
• Further training in marketing, for example as a marketing clerk or marketing assistant
• Strong customer orientation through at least 3 years of professional experience in marketing / B2B sales
• Preferably experience in food production or chemical industry
• Independent, conceptual, quality-conscious way of working
• Creative, communicative, proactive, resilient, team player
• Confidence in using common MS Office/Teams/SharePoint applications as well as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience in website design with e.g. WordPress and ERP/CRM systems as well as knowledge of SEO and GEO best practices
• Native German speaker, French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
• Experience in planning, optimizing, and implementing digital campaigns and social media is a plus for future campaigns
