• Administrative support of the project managers in construction management
• Handling construction administration for assigned projects
• Submitting applications to the building commission and the city council
• Participation in the budget and investment planning of the building department
• Supporting external specialists in outsourced projects
• Archiving completed projects
• Independent handling of assigned special tasks (event organization, social media, flyers, assistance with communication, etc.)

• Completed vocational training in construction or commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in construction and/or project management
• Networked thinking, language and negotiation skills in spoken and written form
• Good communication skills, assertiveness, independence, resilience, flexibility, budget understanding, and a high sense of responsibility
• Good IT skills, ideally including construction administration software
• Experience with public administration and political affairs is an advantage
• Teamwork, loyalty, and good commercial knowledge complete your profile
