You are
- trained at secondary level (FaGe, DN1, FA SRK) or recognition of a foreign diploma by the SRK
- experienced in care and support and bring solid expertise
- professional, solution-oriented, empathetic and appreciative
- open to new things and happy to be part of a committed team
- optionally trained as a trainer or open to completing the training
- confident in using PC applications and express yourself professionally in German
