Syntes AG (“Syntes”) is looking for an:
to strengthen its team.
This is an exciting opportunity in a dynamic industry and a chance to be part of a professional team which processes investments made with top-tier fund managers across various asset classes around the world. The role will report to the Head of Investment Administration and is based in Vaduz, Liechtenstein.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating investment recommendations and advice between investment advisors, legal advisors, decision-makers and funds.
- Documenting investment decisions, either by way of minutes of meetings or written resolutions.
- Preparation of subscription, redemption and other investment materials in liaison with legal, tax and investment advisors as well as fund counsel and fund administrators.
- Developing familiarity with world-class wealth preservation structures, evolving due diligence regulations and addressing ongoing KYC requests from external parties.
- Administering the annual tax compliance process in certain jurisdictions with the support of professional tax advisors.
- Participation in special projects such as jurisdictional transfer of assets, secondary sales of portfolios, restructuring, etc.
- Opening and maintaining of accounts with banks and other financial institutions.
- Ongoing filing of investment materials in a Document Management System.
- Understanding and adhering to internal governance, policy and procedural documents.
Requirements:
- Professional fluency in English.
- University degree/ equivalent with preferably 2+ years of experience working in corporate, fund or legal administration.
- Ability to work efficiently, diligently, and independently in an international environment.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Organized, accurate and detail-oriented with sound judgement and integrity.
- Proactivity and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accountability.
- A can-do positive mindset, resilient, flexible, and willing to support team objectives.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will be able to commute to Syntes’ office in Vaduz every day of the week.
