- Opening files and filing incoming documents
- Scheduling appointments with MS Bookings
- Supporting the external mandate management team
- Legal analysis
- You approach our clients' legal issues pragmatically and realistically
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- Bachelor / Master in law, Paralegal diploma and/or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience as a legal assistant, in a legal department or other fields related to the legal world (min. 3 years)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, knowledge in data management and databases is an asset
- Strong negotiation and communication skills as well as very good written expression
- Willingness to work in a team and with our clients
- Ability to work independently, precisely and goal-oriented
- Capable of handling a sustained workload and excellent priority management
- Native French speaker, other languages an asset
