We are looking for our client in eastern Lausanne for a:

Property Management Manager

Responsibilities :

• Participation in the management of the department
• Management, supervision and coordination of the activities of the property management sector, composed of around fifteen employees responsible for managing financial assets
• Collaboration in the development of efficient information systems and work tools

Profile :

• 40 - 50 years old
  
• Federal certificate as a property manager or a university degree (HEG)
  
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in the real estate sector in a managerial position
  
• Ability to manage a budget
  
• Proven management experience
  
• Person with skills in planning, process management, resource management and development of control tools
