The main reception of the administrative building «Superblock» is the central contact point of our city administration and shapes the first impression both inside and outside. For this versatile and responsible area, we are looking for a competent, resilient, and service-oriented personality who keeps an overview, communicates professionally, and actively supports daily operations, starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement.Your Tasks
- You professionally and friendly welcome and assist visitors as well as external partners
- You answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, or forward them appropriately
- You take on administrative tasks such as coordinating online inquiries, issuing ID cards and badges, and managing the cash register
- You document security-relevant events, act as the first point of contact in emergencies, and operate alarm and emergency systems
- You work according to a duty roster and are willing to increase your workload to 100% during holiday cover to ensure team coverage
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or comparable training (EFZ)
- Several years of experience in reception or service areas
- Very good German skills, English and French skills at B2 level
- High customer orientation, resilience, and reliability
- Confident handling of MS Office
