We are looking for a Ship Manager / Head of Service (a) permanent

Here is what you will do

Operational management of the restaurants on board a ship
Responsible for a smooth daily operation in all service areas: a la carte service, culinary cruises, and special events
Leadership and development of service and kitchen staff on the ship
Responsible for consistently high quality and ensuring strict compliance with the safety and hygiene concept (HACCP)
First point of contact and liaison for the nautical ship crew
Perform daily accounting and responsible for inventory management including ordering and stocktaking
Assist in the development of various projects as well as in training & coaching of employees

What we expect from you

You have a degree from a hotel management school or equivalent training and already have leadership experience
You are a motivated, resilient, and reliable personality
You have a strong quality mindset and lead your team with great passion
You enjoy a varied daily routine, are flexible, and think entrepreneurially
